Before sending the equipment to the client, the specialists of the manufacturing plant carry out preliminary adjustment of the equipment in manual mode on the original samples of containers, lids, labels, boxes. After checking each parameter, adjusting and setting the initial values, the equipment is packaged and sent to the client. Such adjustment of equipment at the manufacturing plant allows reducing the time for commissioning at the customer’s enterprise.

Commissioning is carried out by our specialists together with the client’s specialists, as a result of which the client’s specialists acquire skills in setting up equipment and working on it. During the commissioning, regulation and installation of the appropriate parameters for each piece of equipment is carried out, recipes for each type of product are recorded, in the setup mode, the operation of the equipment is adjusted. After completing all the settings, each piece of equipment is operated on the specified parameters.
